Farm Experience

We are now offering an Organic Farm Stay Package at the historic Mount Harmony Farm & Guest House, as an additional Rental Package. Check with us for
availability and prices ,which vary seasonally. Farm stay guests are welcome to three 2-hour organic farming periods a day, accompanied by a farm
gardener/teacher onto our two-acre farm stay/commercial garden--you can also garden and select vegetables from the organic Guest House Garden. Farm stay
guests may co-participate in every aspect of our organic farming work here imaginable except working with our livestock. Although our farm animals are
mesmerizing & entertaining to WATCH, the livestock, pastures and paddocks are not openly accessible for our guests. However, the safely fenced-in Guest
House Garden is accessible seasonally 24/7 to all regular guests and farm stay guests.

Amenities include: Linens, WiFi, HDTV, a Blu-ray DVD Player & Netflix, DVDs/CDs, Radio-CD Player, Games, Books, Kids' Toys, Hair Dryer, Iron, Microwave,
Toaster, 2 Drip Coffee Makers, Bean Grinder, Blender, Waffle Maker, Sandwich Griller, Hot-Air Popcorn Maker, some basics (lots of spices, flour, condiments, etc.)--
plus food to make yourselves hearty breakfasts & lunches with. When you first arrive you will find OJ, butter, eggs, Mount Harmony Farm homemade granola,
jam, syrup (local maple syrup can be purchased here), a large selection of coffees/teas, oats, and outside there will be a wide range of Mount Harmony Farm's
seasonal organic vegetables & herbs from the gardens (more choices as the summer progresses). Outside around the wood deck are a Propane Grill, Portable
Fire Pit, Deck Chairs, and a Picnic Table.

Area Offerings: The easily accessible nearby nature preserve is just down the hill (beautiful swimming, hiking, fishing) & Bread & Puppet Theater is under 2 miles
from here. Craftsbury (concerts on the Commons in summer), Sterling College & the Open Center are about 25 minutes from here. Nearby are a wide variety of
eating places (12-min drive or more), markets and Farmer's Markets. Lyndon State College is only 18 minutes away and the #1-Rated Hill Farmstead Brewery in
Greensboro is about 20 minutes away. St. Johnsbury & Dog Mountain are a 1/2-hr drive.   Newport, Lake Memphremagog & the Canadian border are about 35+
min away, Montreal (and the Dieu du Ciel Pub & Brewery, rated #1 in Canada) is about 2.5 hrs, Boston is 3.5 hrs, NYC & the Cape are about 5+ hrs in good driving
conditions.

Year Round Vacation Rental -- e-mail us for a rate quote for the period of your desired stay.   We will e-mail you an invoice for SECURE credit card payment
through PayPal.   We reserve the right to require a security deposit.

Refunds:    All refunds & cancellations are dependent on our finding a replacement booking for the dates you booked/paid for -- the sooner you notify us of
changes in plans, the greater the likelihood of our finding a replacement booking for your dates; no refunds for weather problems, last-minute change of plans,
early departures, or no-show guests. We are also not responsible for trail conditions (VAST, biking, etc.)

If your -- or your guest's -- plans are iffy, then take out Traveler's Insurance. range) .Strict no cancelation policy. If we are unable to find a replacement booking for
your dates you do not get a refund.   Payment constitutes agreement to all terms and conditions above.
